Is Getvik free to start?
Yes. The Free plan costs ₹0 a month and there are no listing fees or card needed to sign up. You pay a 10% sales fee plus 18% GST on that fee, and payment gateway charges, only when you make a sale.
What are the fees?
Free: 10% of each sale. Basic: ₹299 a month + GST and 5% of each sale. Pro: ₹1,499 a month + GST and 3% of each sale, with the plan price and sales fees capped at ₹7,499 a month (GST extra). 18% GST applies to Getvik's fees, and payment gateway charges apply on all plans. Move the slider in Pricing to see which plan costs you least.
What do paid plans add?
Every feature is on every plan, including Free. Paid plans add a lower sales fee (5% on Basic, 3% on Pro), more marketing emails a month (500 on Free, 5,000 on Basic, 10,000 on Pro), more Instagram AutoDMs (2,000 a month on Free, 10,000 on Basic, unlimited on Pro) and priority support. Email marketing unlocks after ₹5,000 paid out on Free, ₹500 on Basic, and from day one on Pro.
How do my buyers pay?
Buyers in India pay in rupees by UPI or card through Cashfree's secure checkout. International buyers pay in US dollars with PayPal, on every plan including Free. Buyers don't need to create an account.
How and when do I get paid?
Once your balance reaches ₹100, request a payout from your dashboard. Payouts usually complete within 2–3 business days. To publish products, first add your PAN, legal name, UPI ID and bank details in payout setup, all in your own name.
What can I sell?
Ebooks, PDFs, notes, Notion and Canva templates, presets, audio and design files, online courses, memberships (monthly, quarterly or yearly access), and 1:1 consultations with booking. You can also offer free products or let buyers pay what they want.
Do I need a website or a big following?
No website needed: your Getvik store is a link you can put in your Instagram bio or share anywhere. And you don't need a big audience to start. One useful product for a specific group of people is enough to test.
Can Getvik send my link to people who comment on Instagram?
Yes. With Instagram AutoDMs, Getvik replies by DM when someone comments a keyword on your post or reel, or messages you one. The DM has a tap-to-open button for your link, you can ask people to follow you first, and you can see who tapped. Free includes 2,000 AutoDMs a month, Basic 10,000 and Pro unlimited.
How are files and courses delivered?
Automatically. As soon as a payment succeeds, the buyer gets access to the files or course. There is nothing to send by hand.
Can students download or share my course videos?
No. Videos are encrypted and play only inside Getvik, with the student's email on screen. No platform can fully stop screen recording, but the watermark shows who recorded it.
What about GST?
18% GST is added to paid plan prices at checkout. You are responsible for any GST on your own sales. Our GST & taxes page explains the details.
