2. Creators, Products & Tax Responsibility
Creators selling on getvik remain the owners and sellers of their products.
As a creator selling on getvik:

- You should determine whether your turnover, business type, or circumstances require GST registration under applicable laws.
- If you are GST-registered, you are responsible for issuing GST-compliant invoices where applicable and reporting your sales appropriately.
