- PAN: Collected for tax compliance (e.g., TDS reporting) and payouts.
- Account Setup & Security: We collect only the minimum information required to operate the platform securely. This may include contact details and payout-related information provided by users. Additional information may be requested as required for payouts or compliance at later stages.
- Transactions: We collect payment reference IDs, order details, and settlement statuses. We do not store sensitive credit card or bank login details. For global transactions via PayPal, payouts are subject to gateway fees, currency conversion, and our 10% platform commission. Note that confirmed earnings depend on the 48–72 hour provider settlement cycle and are subject to temporary platform holds for security and refund management.
- Usage Data: Logs, analytics, IP addresses, device/browser info.
- Support: Messages, emails, reports, feedback.
Payment and Payout Disclosure
- Sale vs. Settlement: A sale is when a buyer pays; a settlement is when the money reaches the platform. Creator balance updates only after the provider settlement (usually within 24 hours).
- Commission Calculation: Platform takes 10% commission on the net amount received from the payment gateway (after gateway transaction fees).
- Affiliates: If an affiliate referred the sale, their commission (default 30%) is also deducted from the net received amount.
- Final Payout: Payout = Net Received - Platform Fee - Affiliate Fee (if any).
- Gateway Fees: All processing fees (Cashfree, PayPal) and FX charges are borne by the creator and deducted before settlement.
- Temporary Hold: We maintain a 5–7 day safety hold on all funds before they become eligible for withdrawal to account for potential refunds or disputes.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and improve the getvik platform.
- To process purchases and deliver digital products.
- To send payouts to creators securely.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- To review product files (automated or manual) for quality control, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement.

- Payment processors for payments and payouts.
