“I never planned on turning this experience into an ebook. After posting videos and photos from Portugal, I started receiving a lot of messages from players and parents asking the same questions — how I went, what the process was like, how much it cost, and what football in Europe actually feels like. That is the reason this guide exists. I wanted to create something honest, practical, and realistic instead of simply showing highlights on social media. Everything written in this ebook is based on my own personal experience, thoughts, mistakes, and observations during my time in Portugal. I am still a young footballer learning and growing myself, so this ebook is not written from the perspective of an expert or agent. It is simply one player sharing his journey in the hope that it helps another player somewhere else feel more prepared, informed, or motivated.
